If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

1) You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if it is an unwanted and unused item.

2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3) If the product is too small or too big for your application, you will be liable to pay the difference in price, if the item is cheaper we will refund an agreed amount
via EFT into your bank account.

4) Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

5) Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

6) If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund either through the Leroy Merlin portal or via EFT into your bank account.

8) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the bank you bank with.

9) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable if you ordered the wrong item or if the item you ordered is not faulty.

10) If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty procedure for batteries.

In the event that your battery is faulty the following process will apply;

The battery/batteries needs to be collected from you either VIA our drivers or a courier company.

Upon collection the items need to be in their original packaging, including all screws, terminals and/or cables our batteries come with. Failure to return without the original packaging will result in no refund.

Once all relevant packaging is intact the batteries will be inspected. Any physical damage to the batteries will result in no refund.

Physical damage includes but is not limited to the following;

Burn marks
Excessive outer casing damage
Battery terminal/s burnt or bent or damaged in any way
Overcharged or swollen batteries

If any of the above mentioned is present or visible you automatically forfeit your warranty.

After the above mentioned passes the requirements the following will happen.


Your warranty does not cover a flat battery, by this if the battery is found to be less than 12.8v The battery will be charged first before it can be tested. After the test, if the battery is found to be faulty we will issue you with a new battery. If the battery is not faulty, the same battery will be returned.

Warranty is void if the batteries are not used for the corrected application. This can be tested with our machines, we can track the history and current drawn from the batteries.
