Cancellations
We hope that you are happy with any product purchased, but if you change your mind or return a product to us, for any reason, you may do so providing you act within 7 (seven) days. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery call us or email us to do so.

If you cancel an order and the goods have already left the Click Furniture warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods.
We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If cancellation of an order is initiated by us, no cancellation fees will be payable. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding cancellation.

Returns
Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.
All contents must be inspected for damage before assembly, we cannot refund or exchange self assembly items if they have been assembled.
Also, if you have tampered with the goods in any way, Click Furniture reserves the right to deny the request for a refund.
Subject to what is recorded under this Cancellations and Returns Policy clause, if returns are received by us after 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, Click Furniture be under no obligation to accept the returned goods for the purpose at all.
Please measure your space to compare it with the product dimensions before purchasing. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on items which are already assembled.


Refunds
Refunds will be at our discretion and no refunds will be considered after 7 (seven) days from purchase.
Please note that you will be liable for the collection fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods.
