Return Policy
The return of any correctly supplied, unwanted or incorrectly ordered item will, as per our returns policy, carry a 15% handling - and restocking fee, provided that the product has not been installed and is still in its original unused condition.

POLICY:
Products must be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. A 15% handling fee will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 30 (THIRTY) DAYS AND IF THE PRODUCT IT NOT UNUSED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
No refunds or exchanges on the 3kVa Compact Power Stations will be allowed.
We will send our own courier company (The Courier Guy) to collect the product at the customer’s cost.
Products must be assembled and or installed in accordance with User Manual to maintain warranties.
Product is subject to inspection before refund is issued.
