KusudiCo is a range of modern furniture and functional workspace accessories designed, developed, and produced in South Africa. We provide furniture and workspace accessory solutions for purpose driven and conscious individuals who are looking to optimize space and want comfort in their homes and offices. Simple functional designs manufactured with quality raw materials and assembled to be strong, solid, and durable. Each KusudiCo product is designed and crafted with love and care by a South African with a story to tell and a family to feed. Like our people, our products are strong, durable, authentic, and lasting.
Our ranges are generally understated, with clean simple lines and made using quality raw materials and hardware. Everything is supplied in a box; packed efficiently, securely, and made to be easily assembled once it arrives in your space. Once assembled our products have all the features and functionality of a solid piece of furniture.
As each product is mindfully designed and made, we offer a warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. We uphold the highest level of craftsmanship and therefore do not mass produce products. Every item is in stock in our warehouse in Johannesburg and we strive to deliver your order in the shortest time possible.

Damaged goods at delivery:
• Please report any damages or irregularities to the delivery team, or email [email protected] giving details of the problem within 24 hours of delivery.
• We cannot accept any responsibility after this time.
• We will send you a Product Non-Conformance Communication form to complete and return to us with photos of the problem and we will decide on the appropriate action (return/repair/no further action).
We will review the claim and revert within 24 hours with our decision and the planned next steps. No problem you have is too small, we will endeavor to solve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

Faults & defects found at a later stage:

• Visit our website www.kusudico.co.za and complete the Product Non-Conformance Communication form under the Contact us tab, to complete and return to us with photos of the problem and we will decide on the appropriate action (return/repair/no further action).

Returns and refunds process:
If you wish to return your item, you may return it within a 5-day period with no extra cost, other than the initial delivery cost, the assembly and installation cost, if you made use of this service. Product must be in good condition, not damaged, in original packaging and disassembled for return purposes.

Various exchange, returns & refunds options -
1. If incorrect item delivered, we would arrange delivery of the correct item and collection of the incorrect item at no charge to you.
2. Faulty item is received by you, we will arrange repair or exchange of the item, or issue a credit and full refund.
3. Other returns within the 5-days period will be accepted provided there is no damage to the item, it is in the same condition it was delivered and in its original packaging, we will gladly exchange or refund your money, less delivery charge.
4. If you made use of our assembly and installation service team and you are not happy at the point, they completed the work and request a refund, we will credit you for the product, the assembly & installation charges will still apply.
5. Should you decide a few days later, but within the 5-day period that you are not happy with a product that was assembled and installed by our service team, we will credit you for the product. Provided there is no damage to the product. In addition to the initial charges, a handling and collection charge will apply.
