Return Policy
-A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted if the client cancels their purchase after it has been authorised and is ready to ship.
- A collection fee will be charged for items returned depending on their radius
The Warranty and guarantee will be void if a product has undergone any alterations, accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- All returned products will be inspected by management and a technical team.
- A refund or product replacement will only be given if the product was not removed from its original box and the box was not tempered.
