Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase? You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. The provision of goods and services by PanojaConsulting is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, PanojaConsulting will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Refunds will occur once we have inspected the returned product to ensure it is complete.

To process a return please do the following:

Return the product in the original packaging to PanojaConsulting or send the product by a shipping courier to PanojaCosulting. Please label the package with your name and contact information. And also include a copy of the original invoice & your banking details so we can process a full refund if refund is approved.
