Return Policy
A two year warranty is applicable on the functional use of our products. This warranty extends to the repair or replacement of the product based on factory faults. The warranty period shall be noted to begin from the date of invoice and is redeemable only on presentation of the original receipt of the purchase.

If it is found, upon our own inspection, that there is evidence of some impact of inappropriate use, abuse of application in a means other than intended then our warranty will be considered void.

The warranty does not extend to the re-installation or new installation of any replacement products which may be supplied. Ross May Ceramics CC, and all subsidiary companies, indemnifies itself against the costs of re-installation under any and all conditions.
