Terms and Conditions:
ASSEMBLED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETUREND OR EXCHANGED.
SPECIAL OFFER CANNOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT.

*Please ensure that the shipping box is checked for any damages before opening.
*Please ensure the product is not damaged or suffer from any defects before assembling.
*Please take clear photos of the damage(s) or defect(s) and send them to [email protected]

Warraty:
All steel cabinet lockers: 5 years warraty on parts, rails and locks.
All safey box, tables, chairs, ladders: 1 year warranty.

Returns:
We are sure you will love the Steel Furniture goodies you’ve brought into your life, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

Conditions of Return:
All products must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging to be eligible for returns or echanges. Flat pack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but it the product has been fully or partially assembled, we unfortunatly, are not able to accept the return of the product as company policy.

Refunds:
You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection
and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs)
will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Damage or Defects:
Each part of your locker is carefully created by passing the metal through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time there may be slight imperfections. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at [email protected] or Whatsapp +27 71 003 4498. and we will do our best to fix it. Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!
