The returns policy is summarised as follows:
a. The product will be subject to an assessment by our technical centre. Should the product be found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, the repair will be at no charge to the customer. All delivery costs associated with the assessment will be at no cost to the customer
b. Should the product be assessed and found to be defective as a result of client misuse, the client will be billed for the repair. The client will be notified upfront of the cost of the repair prior to any repairs being conducted. All delivery costs associated with the repair will be for the customer’s account.
