VHUGALAHAWE ELECTRICAL AND SUPPLY (PTY) LTD

Under the guidelines set out by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and Electronic Communications Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), you are responsible for ensuring that the Product received by you is the correct Product as selected or ordered.
If you have received the incorrect product, you must notify us within 10 business days of you receiving the product to allow us to correct the error. Please note that should an incorrectly supplied product be returned to us the product must be in a suitable condition as set out by the CPA and ECTA, or charges may be incurred. You are entitled to cancel the transaction and receive a refund within the 10-business day period.
If you are not satisfied with the Product that you purchased, you may return it to us, subject to the conditions set out by the CPA, the ECTA as well as VHUGALAHAWE ELECTRICAL AND SUPPLY (PTY) LTD Returns Policy. If the conditions in the mentioned documents are not met VHUGALAHAWE ELECTRICAL AND SUPPLY (PTY) LTD reserves the right to reject a returned item.
Please note that the above returns and cancellations conditions do not apply to products that are manufactured to specification for an order or any order where a Non-Cancellation Form has been signed for the order in question.
Items that meet any of the below conditions are excluded from returns, as set out by the CPA:
o For reasons of public health or otherwise, a public regulation prohibits the return of those goods to a supplier once they have been supplied to, or at the direction of, a consumer
