Goods may only be returned in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008 (“the CPA”). If you are entitled in law to return goods, then and in line with the CPA, a handling fee of up to 20% of the value of the goods may be charged when the product/packaging is not returned in its original purchase condition.

When a product is delivered damaged:
You have the right to refuse delivery of any product that is visibly damaged upon delivery. Please stipulate clearly that you have not received the goods in good condition with a brief description of the damage on the delivery note. The driver / delivery company will return them to TOCC. It will be best to contact TOCC immediately should this occur.

Cancellation after a parcel has shipped outside of Gauteng:
If you (the customer) refuse delivery after a parcel has been marked as shipped outside of the Gauteng area, a shipping charge of R400 will be billed per item refused. This charge will be for your (the customer's) account.

Damage after delivery:
If damage to a product/s only becomes apparent after delivery, you have 48 hours to report the damage to TOCC. In these instances, the return / replacement of the product is at the discretion of TOCC. We are entitled to request images of the damage products before collection. TOCC will always act urgently to resolve problems with damaged items. To log a return online, please email us at [email protected] and ensure to attach pictures of the items you wish to return / replace and give a reason for the return / replacement request. Once submitted, we will review the request within 48 hours & will contact you to make any necessary arrangements
Returning products that are not defective:
Should you return your product/s, you (the customer) may do so within 7 days of the products after being delivered to you, the product/s must be in its original packaging and not damaged or missing components.
Outside of Gauteng, cancellation reason changed my mind will incur a R400 shipping charge or you can ship the item back at your own expense should you be able to do it for a smaller value.
Our goods carry a manufacturers’ warranty where applicable, which will run concurrently with any warranty in terms of the law. The implied warranty on goods supplied places an obligation on TOCC to accept the return of unsafe or defective goods within six months of delivery. You are entitled to have such goods repaired, have faulty parts replaced and be refunded the price paid as per the CPA (after goods have been inspected and assessed)
IF WE FIND THE DEFECT TO NOT BE A FACTORY FAULT, YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL HANDLING AND SHIPPING CHARGES; FOR THE COLLECTION AND THE RE-DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT TO YOU. YOU WILL BE LIABLE IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY BECAUSE OF MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLIGENCE.

PLEASE ENSURE THE DELIVERY/COLLECTION ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Delivery/collection at an address incorrectly supplied, will incur extra charges. These extra charges will be for your (the customer’s) account.
