Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Correctly supplied goods may be returned at the customers cost to courier
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
- in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition;
- not missing any accessories or parts;
Types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Sale items.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- Damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage of the product;
- Damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
- Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
- Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
- All Electrical items are required to be installed by a credited/certified elctrician
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8 days. All returns must be sent back to us via courier door-to-door
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Leroy Merlin.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are purchased within 30 days with the following conditions:
- A proof of damage/defective report must be attached to the exchange request.
- The replacement will only be sent out once the returned item has been
received by us.
Dayuan Pump Warranty
What’s Included
- Your DAYUAN Pump is covered against manufacturing defects for 18 months from the date of purchase.
- Should any issues arise, we will repair or replace defective parts (pump and motor
only) at no cost to you.
- Please keep your proof of purchase, as it is required for all warranty claims.
How to Make a Claim
- If you experience any problems, please return the pump to our distributor / retailer
where it was purchased.
- Master Pump Agencies will collect the pump for assessment and provide a detailed
report.
- If the claim is approved, we will proceed with repairs or replacement. If not, we will
provide a quote for any necessary repairs.
What’s Not Covered
We kindly ask for your understanding that the warranty does not apply in the following
cases:
- Improper installation, normal wear and tear, abuse or accidental damage.
