Refunds and Exchanges
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
• For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement item free of charge, subject to stock availability.
