Orchid Arrangements Returns Policy

-Our orchid arrangements are made on order therefore we don't make any exchanges or offer any refunds.
-The client is required to check their order thoroughly upon delivery as we won't be accountable to rectify it later on.
-Unfortunately we don't take any responsibility for damaged packages; an insurance charge is applicable to every order.

Furniture Returns Policy
Goods come with a 3 month warranty and this does not apply to glass and fabric. If goods do not carry any warranty will be indicated on the description.
We will not accept returned goods where the consumer has been allowed to inspect the goods before the installation and we do not accommodate buyers' regret after delivering the goods, have damaged the goods in negligence; the goods have been disassembled, permanently installed, physically altered, used or installed and/or have been subjected to misuse or abuse.
Customer has up to 5 days to notify any factory fault related issues
Shipping fees are not refundable.
We won’t take liability for any damages caused by 3rd parties.
For exchanges, all goods need to be in original packaging once the item is collected it will go into evaluation; this is a 3 day process. If not in original packaging we will apply a 15% handling fee. If damages found after the evaluation is done, the client will be held responsible for it and will be charged accordingly.
If the item is deemed to be unsellable the client will not be refunded and will be responsible to collect the item from us.
We are not liable for any miscalculations on space and damages caused trying to fit the item into the space. Please note no claims can be made for damages after the item has been assembled, the client should inform the store of the damages before assembly.
Any failed delivery attempt will incur charges and the client will be liable thereof
You are entitled to the following options if the product after the inspection;
• Repair
• Replace
• Refund as a last resort

Please note it is the client’s responsibility to check all assembled items when they are delivered as no claims can be made after the delivery has been done.
