At Secret Box Furniture, we pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and service. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order:
1. No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges, modifications, or store credit will be considered for eligible returns, specifically for custom or made-to-order furniture.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted in the event that an item is received damaged. In such cases, the damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping or collection costs. In cases where the correct item was delivered but the customer has changed their mind, the initial delivery and return collection fees will be deducted from the total amount credited or exchanged.
4. Self-Return Option
Customers may opt to return the item at their own cost. In such cases, Secret Box will provide the return warehouse address upon request.
5. Delivery Terms
Delivery includes drop-off only and does not extend to assembly or moving items into the home. Delivery is completed at the main entrance of the customer’s premises. Any assistance beyond this is at the discretion of the delivery team and considered a courtesy.
6. Change-of-Mind Returns
A 30% handling fee will apply to all returns where the item was correctly delivered but the customer no longer wishes to keep it.
