Standard fee installation is available in Gauteng ONLY.

This installation will include:

• Installation of fireplace and chimney to manufacturers specifications
• Testing to ensure correct functioning
• Clean the premises at the end of the installation.

This service does not include:

• Supply of gas cylinder for testing (Needs to be available on installation)
• Excludes gas cage installation
• Additional materials required will be quoted separately

If your project does not fit the terms and conditions or the service framework, an additional quote will be made on-site by LEROY MERLIN’S certified contractor. This additional quote will be directly paid to Leroy Merlin. If your project is different to this service, we will provide a customized solution. If you accept the project, the callout will be free of charge. Otherwise, a call-out fee of R350 will be charged.

Terms & conditions of standard fee installation

• The location needs to be accessible and cleared of any obstructions
• If the height of the building exceeds 3m high, extra charges will apply for scaffolding
• The installation components and labor are based on a (height specific) standard flue run without any deviations/obstructions
• Client is to ensure the gas supply is a point available within 1m of the appliance
• Should there be any unforeseen changes and/or any other circumstances which may lead to amendments for the installation (e.g obstruction inside the internal cavity which only becomes evident once the cavity/roof is opened), the client will be advised accordingly and requoted if necessary
• Should the appliance to be installed require an electrical connection, the client is to ensure there is a point available within 1m of the appliance
• Guarantee a 1 (one) year warranty on installation

NB: The service is strictly limited to the work described and declared in conformity with the above within a radius of 20km from the store. Any other specification identified by the installer, which does not comply with the standards, or does not comply with the rules applicable, as well as generating changes to your facility are not included in this benefit.
