1. Refunds/Returns
1.1 Refunds or returns can only be accepted under the following conditions:

1.1.1 Items delivered does not match the description or specifications listed on our website.

1.1.1.1 In the event of products delivered that does not match the description or specifications listed on our website products can be returned for a refund provided that the following criteria has been met.

1.1.1.1.1 It is reported within 14 working days to [email protected]
1.1.1.1.2 Item is returned with original packaging and unused. Packaging is not damaged.

1.1.1.2 In such an event the item will be exchanged for the correct item or refunded in full at no additional charges.

1.1.2 Items delivered was damaged or broken.

1.1.2.1 The preferred method of return for such instances are too not accept the items when delivered by the delivering party.

1.1.2.2 Damages and reason for rejecting delivery should clearly be marked on the waybill.

1.1.2.3 Rejection should immediately be reported in writing to [email protected]. If possible, photos should be sent along.

1.1.2.4 In the event of accepting delivery, the waybill should be clearly marked that packaging was damaged when signing acceptance of the delivery. Goods should immediately be inspected for damages. Any damages should be reported within 7 working days to [email protected].

1.1.2.5 In the event that above criteria have been met the item/s will be exchanged or refunded without any additional charges.

1.1.2.5.1 Exchanges or refunds will only be processed as soon as the damaged goods has been collected and delivered back to Megawarehouse (Pty) Ltd.

1.1.3 Guarantee / Warrantee claims

1.1.3.1 All guarantee and warrantees are held with the supplier or manufactures of said items.

1.1.3.2 Guarantee and warrantee claims will be handled according to each manufacturer or supplier’s own policy.

1.1.3.3 Any guarantee or warrantee claims should be submitted in writing to Megawarehouse (Pty) Ltd at [email protected] for assistance in logging the claim within the guarantee or warrantee period of claimed product.

1.1.4 Cancellation of orders

1.1.4.1 Orders can only be cancelled for refund or exchange within 7 working days.

1.1.4.2 Requests for cancellation or refund should be submitted to [email protected]

1.1.4.3 Cancellation of orders will be liable of a cancellation fee which is equivalent to any costs incurred for processing of the order i.e shipping costs, bank charges etc.

1.1.4.4 Cancelled orders will only be refunded if goods are returned un-opened, un-used and un-damaged.

1.1.4.5 Refunds or exchanges will only be processed within 3-10 working days from which goods have been received back by Megawarehouse (Pty) Ltd

1.1.4.6 Refunds/exchanges do not include the shipping charges shown on the packaging slip/invoice. Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid.

1.1.4.7 Any damages or loss to products during shipping will be for the expense of the client (unless the collection has been done by Megawarehouse (Pty) Ltd.

1.1.4.8 Any amounts refunded will exclude shipping costs. In the event of Free shipping provided, the actual shipping costs will be invoiced separately.

1.1.5 Exceptions

1.1.5.1 Certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

1.1.5.2 Non-refundable/returnable items will be clearly marked at the product description.

For all of the above returns or exchanges we reserve the right to receive and inspect products to validate claims before processing refunds or exchanges.
