RETURNS POLICY
1) For any full refunds or swap outs, the original undamaged/unmarked packaging will need to be returned with the goods by the purchaser within 7 days from purchase date. A 20% handling fee will be levied to the client for this irrespective of whether the client ordered incorrectly or the supplier supplied incorrectly.
2) If the product has been returned with 7 days by the purchaser, we will swap out, providing the customer sticks to point 1. If the customer requires an alternative and we do not have stock, we will provide a credit for the customer to use at a later stage within 6 months failing which we will refund the client.
3) If the product is not returned within 7 days by the purchaser, a repair will need to take place which could take up to 30 days.
4) Battery purchases cannot be returned once opened/used once due to the nature of batteries. If there is a manufacturer fault we will however we will make a decision based on that complaint. All deep cycle/sealed lead acid/gel batteries have a 3 month warranty however any claims we may entertain on an assessment.
5) Inverter returns will require us to test over a few days to determine whether it was overloaded or not connected properly in the persons home/business. We may require an electrician to enter your home/business to run tests. Should the electrician find an electrical fault/wiring problem in your home/business we will be entitled to not only repudiate your claim but to charge for such call out.
6) Items such as cables(audio, video, electrical, cellular and any other type of cable) shall not be allowed to return for any repair or credit/refund unless there is a proven manufacturers fault.
7) In the event of a refund, the client will be provided a REFUND FORM which they will be obligated to complete prior to claiming a refund.
8) All refunds required by the client, will be subject to the client being charged a collection fee for the goods unless the client wishes to return the goods back to our store.
