Goods can be returned if incorrectly supplied within 3 days after the receipt of the goods. Notice of intent to the return of goods and reasons why should be sent to [email protected]. All goods should be in an undamaged resalable condition in the original packaging, in such an event the shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. Once the goods have been received by Shadeg Shade Sails a replacement item will be sent to the buyer or a cash refund where applicable at the seller's discretion.
We provide a 6 months warranty period on all products listed. Therefore if within the period between purchase date and a six month period , if the product cannot be used for its purpose it was intended, due to damage or it being defective you are welcome to contact us to arrange repair of the product. Shipping costs in such an occurrence would be at our expense.
We will repair or replace any item within the warranty period, which is 6 months ,from the date of purchase, with the following taken into consideration:
• If you have changed your mind/ encounter any other non-manufacturing issue and would like to return the item(s) purchased, we require that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which it was received to receive a full refund. In this instance, the cost of returning your purchase to us is for your account. We recommend and can arrange for couriers to collect from you, the collection fee will then be charged and deducted off the refund that is due
• In instances where items are not returned to us in 100% resalable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund. This will be determined by detailed photographs of the product while in your possession and additionally upon receipt of your return to us for assessment.

In the event that you received a defective product or the product is damaged , contact us immediately to arrange replacement of the product. The shipping costs involved would be at our expense.
