Returns Policy
At SkyPartners, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the level of service to our customers. As a customer, we want you to be happy with your purchase and should you not be completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the below terms.
Changed Your Mind? (Unwanted Product):
In order to be eligible for a return, we require you to notify our support team within 30 days of your purchase by sending an email to [email protected], referencing your order number and reason for wanting to return the product. You will then be liable to return the product to us for inspection. The product must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals still intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 working days.
Damaged/Defective on Delivery?:
We do our best to always ensure that our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition and will be happy to replace any products received damaged/defective upon delivery, subject to the below terms:
- If your product is deemed to be damaged/defective upon arrival, please take and send photos, with a precise explanation of the alleged defect, with your proof of purchase attached and order number via email within 7 days of your product being delivered to: [email protected], If it can be determined upon investigation by our Support Team that the product was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a new product at no charge to you and arrange for the damaged/defective product to be picked up.
Has the incorrect product been delivered to you?
- If an incorrect product has been delivered to you, this must be reported within 24 hours after delivery so that a full investigation can be done with our courier partners to ensure the correct product is delivered to you swiftly and to arrange the pick up of the incorrect parcel delivered to you.
