We will refund or exchange most goods if you return the item within 15 days of purchase. However, the goods must still be in their original packaging and may not have been misused. You will also be required to present the original tax invoice for the process to take place.

Verimark has a no return policy for all toys, unless the purchased toys are still sealed and have not been used within a period of 15-days.

No refunds will be allowed if the client does not have the following:

Original Proof of purchase / tax invoice

Complete product, packaging and all items received with the product – including free-bees, attachments, lids knobs, DVD’s instructional manuals, batteries and all packaging (All attachments noted on instructional manual).

The product has been assessed at store level and confirmed through assessment that the unit is not defective due to misuse or negligence or has been physically altered in any way.
