RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPAIR POLICY

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if this is not the case, please refer to the options below.

14 Days Exchange and Refund Policy
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact our customer service team within 14-days from receiving your purchase. We will gladly collect at our expense and provide you with a refund.

We will refund or exchange most goods if you notify us in writing within 14 days of purchase, provided:

• Goods must be unopened and unused
• Goods must be in their original and undamaged packaging including all attachments, accessories and documentation

Returns and exchange requests for items purchased more than 14 days ago might incur collection, delivery and processing fees. However, goods that show a manufacturing defect within the first 12 months of purchase will be repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Incorrect item delivered
Should an item be incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Department to arrange for the earliest convenient collection date. Once returned to us, the Product will undergo an assessment following which, the correct item will be dispatched.

Repairs and Warranties
If you have purchased a Product which is defective within its warranty period, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect. Please take proper note of any terms or instructions that accompany your goods.

Defective Goods – One Year Guarantee
If during the first 12-months after your purchase, you discover that your goods are defective or faulty, please contact our Customer Care Department. We will collect the goods at our expense and arrange have it technically assessed at our nearest Repair Centre. Should the Repair Centre deem the fault to be a manufacturing defect, you may elect for have the goods, repaired, replaced, or refund you.

The following shall not be regarded as “manufacturing defects” in the Goods:
• Faults resulting from normal wear and tear or accidental damage
• Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the goods
• Damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion
• Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the goods

Timing of repairs
We will do our best to repair the defective goods, or replace them within 30 days. However, if it takes longer, we will contact you to let you know what is happening (e.g. if our Repair Cgent has to order necessary parts or if our suppliers are out of stock).

Cost of Returning the Goods
In most cases, we will cover the cost of returning the Goods to us. In certain circumstances however, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable amount for the restoration costs necessary to make the goods fit for re-stocking again.
