Definitive Brands Group warrants its products free from defects in material and/or workmanship for 12 months from original date of purchase.

Please note that the following exceptions apply:

Damage caused by misuse or failure to operate as specified or intended
Damage due to incorrect installation
Damage due to exposure of electronics to water
Damage due to unauthorized product modifications
Damage caused by negligence or failure to properly maintain products as specified
Damage caused by failure to maintain water chemistry in conformity with the standards specified for the equipment in use
Damage caused by freezing or operation outside of pressure limits

Subject to warranty conditions as detailed above, faulty goods may be returned free of charge and will be replaced or repaired as appropriate. Goods damaged through negligence and not covered by our warranty cannot be returned.
