TRENDY TAPS DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Delivery

Trend Taps offers nationwide door-to-door delivery on any order placed.

Cancellation Timeframe

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on all our items should they be in their original sellable condition.
Cancelled orders must be sent back at the customers’ expense and a refund will only be given once the item has been received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective and Incorrect goods

Damaged or Incorrect goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery. These items will be replaced and collected at Trendy Taps’ expense. Client is to email [email protected] , the client may be asked to email photos.
Please ensure that you are happy with the product before installing as no claims for damaged and incorrect goods will be accepted after installation.
All items have a 5-year warranty against defects, and will be replaced and delivered at Trendy Taps’ expense, should the customer have problems with the items supplied.
Photo’s and videos must be emailed to [email protected] for defective claims.
