Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as received.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We use courier companies to ship the product from our store to you.
You will receive notifications and a tracking number via email once an order is ready to ship and a collection request was send to the courier company.

We only process orders (pick, pack and ship) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays therefore, order processing can take between 1 and 5 days and delivery can take an extra 1 to 3 days.
Order processing only starts after the order has been placed and payment is reflecting, shipping time depends a lot on courier loading, location being shipped to and plant availability.
Provinces like the Northern Cape for instance normally take a day or two longer than the rest and you can expect the delivery time for outlying place and provinces like the NC to be at the higher end of the given time above, where as the shipping time for Gauteng orders will be considerably shorter.
Lost or delayed shipments
As we use courier companies for shipping it is difficult to always guarantee delivery as we loose control of the parcel/product once we hand it to the courier but for your satisfaction and to keep our loyal customers we will do everything in our means to get your order to your door.
If a shipment is lost or delayed to an extend that the product is damaged then we will give you the following options.
