Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations:

You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Capstone Engineering Pty Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days.

For all refunds:

Refunds are only applicable within 7 days from date of purchase together with a written notice and if all warranty clauses have been adhered to. Before refunds can take place, a full factory verification will need to be done on the product once the product has been returned to Capstone Engineering Pty Ltd. If a repair cannot be done to the product in question, due to a manufacturing fault, a replacement will take place. Should the client still not be happy, a refund will be considered and the refund will take place within 30 days.

For all returns:

Return the product in the original packaging to any Leroy Merlin store or send the product by a shipping courier to your nearest Leroy Merlin store. Please ensure the package is labelled with your name & contact information also include a copy of the original invoice with your banking details so we may process a full refund if refund has been approved.
