When a portable unit is returned for credit/re-fund the procedures are as follows: SEND BACK:
• Unit must be returned in the original packaging.
• All accessories must be included with the return of the unit, not damaged. OPERATING CHECK
• The unit will be inspected by GMC for any damages and if the unit is in a working condition.
CREDIT/RE-FUND
• A credit/re-fund will only be passed when the unit is received as stated above.
• You must present your invoice and proof of payment as proof of purchase.
• Banking details must be confirmed in writing.
•Re-fund will take 2-3 working days.
Proportional percentage costs will be deducted from the refund amount if
– Not in original packaging
– Accessories not returned
– Damages.
