Preparing your products for a return
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;
• package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
• clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
• Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
1: Unwanted products
You can restore an undesirable item to us and we charge a 15% of the cost of the product to cover up courier and handling costs. It is therefore imperative that the below is observed;
•it is unharmed and unused, with the first names stickers still joined;
•save in connection to Unboxed Deals, reconditioned items and utilized items, it is in the first bundling, which must be unharmed and in its unique condition with all seals still unblemished (if relevant).
•it isn’t feeling the loss of any extras or parts;
•You log an arrival on the Website inside 30 days of conveyance to you or assortment by you of the undesirable item. Following 30 days, you can possibly restore an item in the event that it is deficient; and
•It isn’t one of the items recorded underneath.

Batteries that are 3 months older and above are not subject to a refund.
If a log is requested on a battery that is 3 months older and above; the client is fully responsible for the callout fee for areas around Gauteng; around Gauteng depending on locality and outskirt of the region; we charge a call out of up to R950 for a technician to come and access the batteries onsite.
For areas, outside the Gauteng region; the customer is fully responsible for the courier charges of the batteries; back and forth.
