Preparing your products for a return

If a log is requested on a battery that is 3 months older and above; the client is fully responsible for the callout fee for areas around Gauteng; around Gauteng depending on locality and outskirt of the region; we charge a call out of up to R950 for a technician to come and access the batteries onsite.
For areas, outside the Gauteng region; the customer is fully responsible for the courier charges of the batteries; back and forth.
