Returns Policy
Silver Signature will refund customers or exchange products if the product is in its original packaging, re-sellable condition and unopened.
If a customer is unhappy with their purchase or changed their mind on their purchase or bought the wrong product for a specific application the products can be returned to us. Please keep the conditions above in mind. The cost of the return will be for the customer’s account.
Damaged items with delivery should not be accepted and sent back with the courier service, a new product will be resent to the customer.
If the wrong item was sent out that was not ordered, Silver Signature will arrange collection of the wrong product and replace with the correct one on our cost.
All returns should be communicated with us within 7 days from delivery.
