1.1. Returns of goods supplied in accordance with the purchaser's order can only be accepted with our consent. Any returns must be initiated within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

1.3. Returns must meet the following criteria:
-The returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
-The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories or documentation.
-The return must include a copy of the original proof of purchase.
1.4. In the event of a return or exchange, the Purchaser is responsible for arranging and covering the expenses associated with the return shipment, including any handling or delivery fees charged by suppliers and ourselves. Please ensure that the returned goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

1.5. We do not accept returns of items that have been correctly delivered and are in good working order more than 10 days after the date of delivery. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and test the products upon receipt to ensure their satisfactory condition.
