Returns Eligibility
Unused Items Only: We only accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

30-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not accept any returns beyond this period.

Non-Returnable Items: Any item that shows signs of use, wear and tear, or is not in resaleable condition will not be eligible for return.

Handling Fee for Customer-Initiated Returns
For returns where the item was purchased in error or the return is due to any reason attributable to the customer, a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. This applies only if the return falls within the 30-day window.

In such cases, collection courier costs will also be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact the Leroy Merlin customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item, less any applicable handling fees and courier charges.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
