RETURNS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with images of the damaged product and packaging.
Guidelines for Returns:
The product is damaged or defective.
The product differs from the description on the website.
The product is delivered with missing parts or accessories.
Wrong item delivered.
Return Conditions:
If the product is defective or damaged, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
If the customer changes their mind and wishes to return a product that is not damaged, they must inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for returning the item in this case.
All items must be returned in their original condition with price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, original accessories, and the manufacturer's box or packaging as delivered.
The invoice must be available.
Items purchased on special cannot be returned.
Steps to Follow When Returning a Product:
The customer must inform us via email within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused.
For defective or wrong items, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will collect the product within 2-4 business days.
The customer must pack the product in its original packaging and attach the invoice.
Once the pickup is done, the product will be sent to us by our courier partner.
After receiving the product, a quality check will be conducted by our team within 3 business days.
If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we will try to arrange a replacement depending on availability.
Other Terms & Conditions:
Products purchased under clearance sales or special offers are not eligible for returns.
If the customer changes their mind, they must return the item at their own cost. We only collect items if they are defective or if the wrong item was delivered.
