You may not return goods if after having been supplied the goods you have partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined, or embedded within other products or property.
If the goods have been opened and used, a refund is not eligible due to safety and health regulations that are required and met by all manufacturers. If a manufacturing fault is found, the manufacturer will use its own discretion to either exchange or return the goods. When purchasing a mattress from Bed Warehouse, we suggest a waterproof mattress protector is used for the warranty/guarantee conditions to stay in place. If products are stained the warranty conditions will fall away and any return or exchange of a product: a coverage or repair charge will be the customers liability.

Should you change your mind or want to return an item that is not defective you will be liable for the shipping charges.

Bed Warehouse values our clients and respects consumer rights and as such ensures that all our policies are compliant with the South African Consumer Protection Act (68 of 2008) and will go out of our way to ensure your satisfaction in our goods.
