If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
2. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached
3. Returned items may not have any visible signs of wear or use
4. Excluded products are sale items, discontinued stock items and made-to-order goods (including custom orders or personalised items).

In the case of confirmed damaged or defective products, we will arrange collection free of charge.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] and we will provide all the necessary information as well as the steps to follow.

Please note that you will be responsible to arrange and pay for the delivery costs to return an order.
