Seven Day Returns Policy:
Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days, provided they are undamaged, unused, in original packaging with labels, and not missing any accessories. Some goods are excluded from the 7-day return period. A 15% handling fee may apply, and we reserve the right to refuse returns for damaged or incomplete items.
Defective Goods:
We strive to provide high-quality products without defects. Defects are defined as material imperfections that make a product less acceptable than expected. Goods carry a minimum 6-month warranty. Defective goods within this period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Beyond 6 months, repairs or replacements may be offered based on manufacturer warranty.
Returns Process for Defective Goods:
If you suspect a defect, return the goods promptly and discontinue use. We will investigate and communicate our findings within 14 days. Follow instructions to log your return.
Proof of Purchase:

Refunds:
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment. Provide accurate banking details in writing.
Warranties:
Goods are covered by a 6-month warranty, which may involve repair, replacement, or refund based on evaluation by Light Market / Electro Gadgets. We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from product misuse or external factors.
Online Purchases:
Online purchases follow the 7-day returns policy and carry a 6-month warranty. Notify us within 7 days if products are damaged or missing parts.
Charges:
Returning defective products without accessories may result in a partial or refunds. Shipping and restocking fees may apply. Inspection and evaluation may be necessary before refunds are processed.
