Changed Your Mind
In order to be eligible for a return, we require you to notify our support team within 30 days of your purchase , referencing your order number and reason for wanting to return the product. The product must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals still intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.
Damaged/Defective on Delivery?:
We do our best to always ensure that our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition and will be happy to replace any products received damaged/defective upon delivery.
In order to be eligible for a return, we require you to notify our support team within 7 days of your purchase by filling in our returns/exchanges form, referencing your order number and reason for wanting to return the product.
Has the incorrect product been delivered to you?
