The provision of goods and services by Silk by Design (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Silk by Design (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client later than 24 hours after purchase will attract a 50% administration fee.

Silk by Design (Pty) Ltd will, at its sole discretion, replace goods damaged in transit provided damages are reported to Silk by Design (Pty) Ltd within 48 hours of delivery.

Silk by Design reserves the right to refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any sale concluded between you and Silk By Design, in whole or in part, if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case within 2 business days and return any payment that you have made, and accept no liability which may arise as a result of such refusal to process any order/sale.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product, unless otherwise agreed between you and Silk By Design.
