If upon receipt of your products you find that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, kindly contact our customer services team at [email protected] and we will collect the product at our expense and provide you with a refund. The following conditions apply:

Notification must be received by us within 30 days of the order being received;
The goods must be unused and in their original condition;
The goods must be in their original packaging. Items supplied in sealed packaging should not have been opened.
If all the above conditions are not met, we unfortunately reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice and the re-shipping costs will be for your account.

Should the product be damaged or faulty, we will collect the product and either repair, replace or refund the item, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds will be made within 7-10 days from the return of the goods, provided that all the above mentioned conditions are met.
