Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd strives to ensure that customers receive top-notch, safe
and durable products. Clients may be eligible for a return, replacement or refund
when they receive a faulty, unsafe or sub-standard product. Please note that this is
possible if compliant with our terms and conditions outlined below.

Please note that this return policy is subject to change and is in line with the
standards set by the Consumer Protection Act. By placing an order with Raion
Connect (PTY) Ltd, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

1) Returns:
● Please note that we may not always be able to accept returns or issue
refunds for products that are returned due to buyer's remorse, change of
mind, or any other non-defect-related reason.
● If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven
days of the delivery for a refund, less the shipping costs and applicable
restocking fees.
● Refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with
all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original
purchase.
● Should an opened product be returned, a 20% re-stocking fee will be
charged, provided that all the original packaging and all materials are
provided with it.
● Goods returned in opened packaging need to be in a condition that is fit
for resale. Software, consumables, one time use items, batteries, CPU’s
& inverters can only be returned if they have not been opened. All
packaging must have seals intact(unless provided/received in a damaged
condition, this would have to be info provided in advance or upon
receival).
● Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be
returned for replacement and not for refund and will incur a 20%
handling fee.
● Electronic licenses cannot be returned. Clients need to ensure they are
purchasing the correct item before concluding the transaction. If unused
and returned, we reserve the right to decline the return Software or
e-license products, Where the license key is exposed on software
packages.
● All products being shipped back to Raion Connect should be carefully
packed in protective materials where necessary. The package should
have the order number and return address clearly marked.
● Raion Connect will not be liable for any damages incurred during
shipping. It is recommended to insure any items that you send to us.

2) Replacements and Defective Items:
● All products sold by Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd are covered under our
7-day guarantee against defects. Items may be returned for refund or
replacement, subject to manufacturer and/or Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd
restrictions.
● Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement, subject to
the conditions outlined in the "Returns" section above.
● The manufacturer warranty will not apply if the product shows evidence
of misuse, damage, tampering, or unauthorized repairs or modifications,
as detailed in the warranty terms of the manufacturer.

3) Stock Availability:
● Stock quantities shown on our eCommerce site are a reflection of the
previous day's stock count at close of business and may not always be
accurate.
● We cannot be held responsible if a product becomes out of stock with us
or our suppliers, even if our site still shows availability.
● For products marked as "Limited Availability," we will need to revert to
you regarding the estimated delivery time.

4) Shipping:
● Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the
package.
● Deliveries are made via courier (door to door) between 8am and 5pm,
Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
● Someone must be present at the provided address to accept the delivery.
Provide accurate contact information for the recipient.
● We do not deliver to postal boxes or outside of South Africa. Customers
may arrange for a courier service to collect from us or an appointed
collection point when the goods are invoiced and ready for collection.
● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the
following business day.
● Raion Connect reserves the right to partially ship goods on all orders and
to invoice each shipment separately unless otherwise stipulated by the
customer.
