TRANSFIGURE RETURNS POLICY
We want our customers to be delighted with their purchases. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it without difficulty. However, our policy lasts 7 days after purchase.
Unfortunately, if seven days have gone by after your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and undamaged and in the same condition as you received with all original tags and stickers attached.
It must be in its original packing and packaging and not damaged.
It lacks no accessories or components and no missing items as per packed.
After receiving the returned item, we will examine it and advise of the refund's status.
If your return is accepted, we will begin a refund to the payment method originally used by you. You will receive the credit within 3 to 14 days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.
Please note that certain items, including see list below, perishable items, including food, flowers, newspapers, and periodicals
- intimate or hygienic products, dangerous compounds, or flammable liquids or gases
- a cosmetic or fragrance that has been used
- Gift cards
- healthcare and personal care products
- a sale item
are not returnable.

The following are NOT considered faults and do not qualify for a refund:
- defects or faults caused by deterioration
- damage resulting from negligence, user abuse, or improper product usage
- damage caused by electrical surges or water or air corrosion
- damage resulting from insufficient product maintenance
- damage caused by unauthorised modifications to the product
- when the product's specifications, despite being clearly described on the website and generally suitable for the intended use, do not meet your needs.

Your return cannot be processed without a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are circumstances (if applicable) in which only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts owing to factors not attributable to our negligence
- Any item returned beyond seven days after delivery.
In addition, we do not reimburse the original shipping and handling expenses, and you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to advise you that we have received your returned item. Also, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your refund is granted, it will be handled within 7 business days and automatically credited to your credit card or original mode of payment within 8 days, as to be reimbursed within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, you should double-check your bank account.
Then call your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Contact your bank next. Often, there is a processing period before a refund is posted.

Sale goods (if applicable)
Unfortunately, only items with standard prices may be reimbursed. Discount items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable) (if applicable)
We will only replace defective or damaged items purchased within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:
- Evidence of damage or defect must be included with the exchange request.
- The replacement will not be shipped until we have received the returned item.
