we do in our products. We manage our business in line with the Consumer Protection Act and relevant legislation.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below.
- General Conditions -
Items which will not be considered for exchange or refunds may include;
Furniture Oil, Pillows and Pillow casings, Pool & Picnic Pillows or Beanbags, Globes, Plants, damaged or neglected
items and products which were incorrectly assembled.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and free of any damage and in its original packaging.
You will be required to provide us with the proof of purchase in order to enable us to investigate the claim.
We may request to handle the request for an exchange or refund electronically via our email or whatsapp
communication channels in order to speed up the process.
Most of our furniture carries a 6 month warranty and will only apply to defects in the process of manufacturing.
- Warranty -
We source a range of modern lifestyle brands which we make available to our customers under one roof.
Warranties relating to our product offering may vary as a result of this. We offer a 6(six) month warranty on our
furniture products.
- Returns -
You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date of purchase.
- Refunds -
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or refund.
If an exchange is approved, we will initiate the order preparation and will have your new product with you in no
time.
If a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund which will be processed within 7 (seven) days.
- Shipping -
Furniture and lifestyle items are very expensive to ship. We absorb most of these cost when we deliver our
products to you. It is for that reason that we have no other option but to charge our customers for the cost of
logistics in the event of a return or an exchange
However, you will be not be responsible for the logistics costs when returning your items should it be as a result of
a defect or incorrectly delivered item.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
