You may log a return within 7 days from date of delivery to you. Return will be at own cost.
Returns will be refunded or exchanged if: undamaged and unused (with original laels and stickers still attached); in its original packaging (which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable)); not missing any accessories or parts; with original proof of purchase (delivery at clients own cost).
Products that cannot be returned: Products not used in terms of the product’s user manual or purposefully damaged. Items damaged by lightning or any other act of nature. Sale Products. Personalised Products.
Defective returns will be refunded or exchanged. The following will NOT be regarded as defects: damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product; damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product; faults resulting from normal wear and tear; damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion; where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Refunds: If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to refuse the return. We only refund to the payment method that you originally used. Refunds take 7-10 working days to be processed.
