Return Policy
Products that are defective within the warranty period will be collected by the supplier at the cost of the supplier. The supplier will assess the items and if the warrantee claim is valid, a new item will be send to the customer at the cost of the supplier. If the claim is not valid and damage/defect was caused by the customer , the warranty will be void. The 2 year warrantee applies to the pump motor and not to other parts . (Impeller, casing etc.). The product can be send back within 30 days , if the the customer changed his mind or the item is not what the customer expected. The items must still be in its original package and the return courier cost will be at the cost of the customer
