CROSLEY RETURNS POLICY
All Crosley TURNTABLES carry a 12 month limited warranty and the warranty is honored by Crosley Electronic SA (Pty) Ltd. Replacement needles and other accessories are specifically EXCLUDED. Replacement needles and other accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If a customer returns a turntable WITHIN 7 DAYS of purchase in an unused and resellable condition a refund will be given to the customer.
If the customer returns a faulty turntable WITHIN 14 DAYS of purchase the customer may choose either an exchange of the turntable for the same turntable OR a refund.
If in any other case as described above (i.e. not returned within 14 days of purchase) and it is regarding a faulty turntable - Crosley will either repair or replace the turntable for the customer (if it is within 12 months of purchase the product warranty applies).
Should a customer require a service on a turntable after 12 months of purchase (i.e. out of 12 months warranty period), Crosley will assist and perform a service and/or repair of the unit for the customer at a small cost.
