Castor & Ladder will not replace any products that has been received in good condition and has been damaged by an end user of the products, under the following conditions:
• Use of the product contrary to its intended use or contrary to the instructions for use.
• Normal wear and tear of the product.
• Assembly or repair by client or by third parties (with the exception of fitting the spare parts provided by Castor & Ladder as stated in Castor & Ladder’s Conditions of Warranty).
• Any modified governmental regulations concerning the nature or quality of the material used in the product.

Castor & Ladder can and will only repair items under the following conditions:
• If the product was manufactured by Castor & Ladder.
• If the structure of the product is not compromised.
• If it is economically viable to repair the product.
POD’s:
The POD acts as confirmation of the following:
• That the goods supplied is in accordance to the goods ordered.
• That the quantities supplied is correct.
• That the stock is in the correct condition.

This last point is vital! Clients cannot, under no circumstances, indicate after signing the POD, that the goods received is damaged! If the POD’s is signed, and the stock accepted, we will not accept stock returns. We will also not accept any unchecked stamps on PODs. The client is to check all stock in front of the driver at point of delivery. If an unchecked stamp is put on a POD this will be nil and void by C&L.
