No return will be accepted without prior arrangement.

If the stock is a factory fault, it will be inspected and credit will be passed depending on the findings.

On all stock correctly supplied by Atlantic Conversions (PTY) LTD and returned 7 (seven) days after the date of invoice there may be a 10% handling charge pending a decision by Management. Transport cost would be for the customer's account.

In the event of Atlantic Conversions (PTY) LTD supplying a customer with the incorrect stock, the said stock must be returned within 7 (seven) days after the date of invoice.

A copy of the original invoice will need to accompany each and every return.

No stock will be accepted back for credit if:

The goods are in a faulty condition.
The goods have customer pricing or labels on.
Atlantic Conversions (PTY) LTD management/representatives have not authorized the return.

Please note, Atlantic Conversions (PTY) LTD will no longer accept any returns on any Safety Respiratory Filters, single or twin. They will be sold on a sale and no return basis only.
If there is a defect or if the filter is broken, we will access it and make a decision thereafter.
Please make sure that you take note of the expiry dates on the filters.
