No Stock will be accepted by Premium Brand Distributors without an accompanying RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorisation) form issued by Premium Brand Distributors.
Premium Brand Distributors will make all collection arrangements directly with the courier company in the event of out of box failures (OBF), stock rotation and incorrect stock deliveries.
Stock rotation, incorrect stock, out of box failures and items damaged during transport are treated as separate procedures.
When stock needs to be returned, the returns department must be contacted to obtain an RMA form.

A RMA form will be e-mailed and must be completed in full by the store / dealer, his / her
representative or the PBD representative if applicable.
The completed RMA form must be returned to [email protected] for further processing.
All valid returns will be issued with an RMA number and approval will be obtained from the respective departments.
The authorised RMA form, containing the RMA number will be mailed back to the sender and the returns clerk will arrange for the collection of stock from the store / dealer.
The dispatch clerk will make sure all stock gets collected as soon as possible.
If for any reason the RMA has not been approved, the returns clerk will communicate with the designated person who will deal with the situation accordingly.
When packing returned stock, the following needs to be checked, or additional charges may be raised:
• The stock must be bubble wrapped, well packed in a sturdy container and marked as “FRAGILE”.
• Stock must be returned in its original packaging.
• No stock will be accepted or credited without the shrink wrap packaging intact.
• Returned stock must include all accompanied accessories.
• The authorised RMA form must accompany the stock. The form must be attached to the outside of the container and be clearly visible. If there is more than one package a copy may attached to each and clearly marked 1 of 3, 2 of 3 or 3 of 3, etc.
• A copy of the original documentation of the dealer / customer must accompany the return.
• If the original item was part of a kit, the complete kit must be returned.
• Customers/consumers will be informed by e-mail of any items missing from the shipment.
• Premium Brand Distributors will not take responsibility for items damaged in transit on the inbound leg due to inadequate packaging.
• The customer will be responsible for a handling fee of 15% (fifteen percent) of sales price of items returned, plus courier costs, should incorrectly stock or extra stock be returned.
