Return Policy

All our products come with a limited 6month warrantee. We offer a 14day exchange on new products with any manufacturing defect. Negligence, misuse, incorrect usage and installation will not fall under this 14day exchange. Please ensure all electrical and gas products are installed by an authorised installer and a COC (certificate of compliance) is presented to honour all exchanges/returns. Should a COC not be made available, no warrantee or exchange will be honoured. We have the right to assess any product to ascertain fault before issuing an exchange/repair/return. The customer will be liable for the shipping charge if they ordered incorrectly or changed mind after order dispatched.
