We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized items, digital downloads, and perishable goods.
3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return.
5. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it might take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
6. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process mentioned above. Once the return is approved and received, you can place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed, which may include returning the item for a replacement or refund.
